Multi-needle (MultiStream™) brewers such as the K-Supreme series. Those machines pierce the pod in several places and won’t seal a stainless pod correctly. Please don’t use PodKupper in a multi-needle brewer — a MultiStream edition is in development.

No. PodKupper is designed for compatible single-needle Keurig® brewers only.

Fill the pod loosely with your favorite ground coffee, close the lid, insert it exactly as you would a disposable pod, and brew. A few tips for a rich cup:

• Use a medium grind — very fine espresso grind can restrict flow.
• Fill to just below the rim and don’t pack the grounds down.
• Choose the smaller cup sizes on your brewer for a stronger cup.

After each use, empty the grounds and rinse with warm water. For a deeper clean, wash by hand with mild soap or place it on the top rack of the dishwasher. Let it dry fully before the next brew.

Yes — a 2-year warranty on every PodKupper pod sold and shipped by PureHQ Direct (podkupper.com, our Amazon storefront, or our Walmart storefront). If a pod breaks within the covered period we’ll replace or refund it, and you won’t need to mail the item back.
