Return Policy
1. Overview
At PodKupper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within the timeframes and conditions listed below for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt) with your return request.
⚠️ Non-returnable items:
• Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts.
• Items marked as Final Sale or discounted in clearance events.
3. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@podkupper.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to ship your item back.

Do not send returns without approval — unapproved returns may be rejected.
5. Return Shipping
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, wrong item shipped, or damage in transit.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return — we aren’t responsible for items lost in transit.
6. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
• It may take your bank additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
8. Defective or Damaged Items
• If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
